Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Orange IV, we are committed to providing a personalized experience. To do this, we reserve dedicated time with our medical team and allocate high-quality supplies for your scheduled appointment. Because these resources are set aside specifically for you, we kindly ask for timely notice when rescheduling or canceling.
Individual Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved and we build our IV drips specifically for you. Because of this special preparation, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies:
- Late Cancellation (under 24 hours) = $25
- No-Show = $35
Group Appointments (4+ guests)
When you book as a group, we dedicate specific time, prepare individualized IVs, and often open the clinic exclusively for your group to provide a seamless and private experience. Because of this special preparation, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies:
- We require 48 hours' notice for any changes.
- Late group cancellations = $25 per person
- Group no-shows = $35 per person
Membership / Package Clients
- Sessions may be forfeited for no-shows or late changes without proper notice.
