Welcome to Orange IV. By accessing our website or booking services through www.SETXOrangeIV.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.
1. Medical Oversight & Good Faith Exam (GFE)
All IV therapy services at Orange IV are overseen by our Medical Director, Dr. Nimesh Patel, MD. In accordance with Texas law, a Good Faith Exam (GFE) is required before beginning IV therapy, injections, and all other services provided by Orange IV. This exam may be conducted on telehealth with a licensed medical provider and is valid for 12 months, unless your health status or treatment plan changes.
2. Client Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We reserve the right to refuse service if, in our clinical judgment, the selected therapy is not appropriate or safe for the client. All services are elective and wellness-based.
3. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments are scheduled in advance and customized per client. Please review our cancellation policy before booking:
- Cancellations made under 24 hours will incur a $25 fee
- No-shows will result in a $35 fee
- Group appointments (4+ guests): 48 hours’ notice required
- Late group changes = $25 per person; group no-shows = $35 per person
4. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service. Orange IV accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and approved prepaid memberships or packages. We do not offer refunds for completed services. Refund requests for prepaid sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
5. Results & Medical Claims
Orange IV provides supportive wellness services, not medical treatments or cures. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Results vary based on individual factors, and no outcomes are guaranteed. All IV drips, injections, and peptide therapies are elective.
