Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Orange IV, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We prepare your IV therapies in advance and dedicate time with our medical team to ensure you receive the best experience possible. Because of this, we kindly ask that you review our scheduling policies below.

Individual Appointments

● IV Therapy & Weight Loss Appointments: A $50 booking deposit is required and will be applied toward your appointment balance.

● IM Injection Appointments: A $25 booking deposit is required and will be applied toward your appointment balance.

● Regenerative consultation appointments require a non-refundable $50 consultation fee.

● If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your $50 deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. You must call the clinic to reschedule so we can apply your deposit and avoid charging a new booking deposit.

● No-shows forfeit the $50 booking deposit.

Group Appointments (4+ guests)

For group appointments, we dedicate staff, prepare individualized IVs, and often reserve the clinic exclusively for your party.

● We require 48 hours' notice for any changes.

● Late group cancellations = $25 per person

● Group no-shows = $50 per person

Membership / Package Clients

● Appointments canceled without proper notice or missed without notification may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session.
